Invite Teams - Directly from the Admin Dashboard
Invite Coaches / Managers with an email right from the Dashboard
Eliminate the need to copy an Invitation Code and paste it into your own email. This can be done all in one step.
How to email directly:
- Navigate to view the list of teams
- Click on the "Actions" button next to the team of interest
- Select "Invite to Team" and enter the email address!
- This will send each contact an email with a direct link to access and join that team as a coach / manager. It will also send along the Invitation Code and some helpful support docs to get them started.
- The system will detect if the email entered already has an account, and will send slightly different content
- To send multiple invitations, separate additional emails by commas.
