Accepting an Invitation Code as an Existing User

If you're an existing GameSheet user and you've received a new invitation code, you may accept this code by completing the following steps:

On the Team Dashboard (For Managers & Coaches)

1. Sign in to the Team Dashboard using your existing account credentials.
2. Tap "More" in the bottom right hand corner on mobile, or click your email address in the top left corner on Desktop.
3. Click on "Accept Invitation" from the menu.
4. Paste the invitation code into the field and click "Continue."
5. Verify that the correct team is listed, and click "Continue."
6. There are 2 options to choose from:
   1. Do you want to add this team as a New and Separate Team?
      1. If this is the case, then select the option "Without Linking".
   2. If you'd like to link this team to another team that you already have access to then select the option to "Link to an Existing Team".
      1. Select the team from the drop down list to "link" to.
      2. Linked teams will have their rosters synced
      3. Example: A team uses GameSheet for their regular season. The team plays in a tournament that also uses GameSheet. These teams should be linked.

On the GameSheet Dashboard (For Directors, Administrators, Convenors, and all other users)

1. Sign in to the GameSheet Dashboard using your existing account credentials. 
2. Click on your name in the top right corner.
3. Click on "Accept Invitation" from the dropdown menu. 
4. Paste the invitation code into the field and click "Continue."
5. Verify that the correct team is listed, and click "Continue."
6. There are 2 options to choose from:
   1. Do you want to add this team as a New and Separate Team?
      1. If this is the case, then select the option "Without Linking".
   2. If you'd like to link this team to another team that you already have access to then select the option to "Link to an Existing Team".
