Game Upload Errors

"Game Requires Processing" Error

On rare occasions uploading a completed game generates an error that reads "Game Requires Processing". If you have received this error, your game is still safely stored on your iPad and can be uploaded by following these instructions:

  1. Make note of the league's iPad Access Key  — it should start with "ipad-" and is displayed in the upper right-hand corner of the Games page beside the Gear/Wheel tool.
  2. Log out of the scoring app by tapping the gear/wheel icon in the upper-right-hand corner and tapping "Logout".
  3. Enter the iPad Access Key your recorded in Step 1 and log back in.
  4. Upload the game by tapping the blue cloud icon.

If this does not work and you get the same error message, repeat these steps but restart the iPad after logging out.


"Unable to Upload" Error

If you receive the "Unable to Upload" error and the game is no longer appearing on the Active Games page, we have most likely received your game and are processing it. If you receive the "Unable to Upload" error and the game remains on the Active Games page, don't worry, your game is still safely stored on your iPad and can be uploaded by following these instructions:

  1. Make note of the league's iPad Access Key  — it should start with "ipad-" and is displayed in the upper right-hand corner of the Games page beside the Gear/Wheel tool.
  2. Log out of the scoring app by tapping the gear/wheel icon in the upper-right-hand corner and tapping "Logout".
  3. Enter the iPad Access Key your recorded in Step 1 and log back in.
  4. Upload the game by tapping the blue cloud icon.
