Game Requires Processing Error 

Uploading a completed game occasionally generates an error that reads "Game Requires Processing" on the iPad Scoring App.

This error message means that something has prevented the game from being uploaded.



Steps to Troubleshoot

Most often, this issue is caused by a network error. You can follow the steps below to refresh your app. This will likely allow you to upload the game without issue. 

  1.  Make a note of the iPad access key used to sign into the scoring app. This is displayed in the upper-right hand corner. 
  2. Log out of the scoring app by clicking the settings icon in the upper-right hand corner and then tap "Logout".
  3. Turn off, and restart the iPad.
  4. Open the Scoring app, and log back in with your League Access Code.
  5. Upload the game again by tapping the blue cloud icon.

If this does not work, and you get the same error message, there is something going on behind the scenes that requires extra attention. Our support team will automatically be notified, investigate the issue and find a solution.
