File Attachments in GameSheet Teams

Sharing Files in Team Chat

Team Chat supports sharing images, videos, and documents directly in your team conversations. Tap the paperclip icon next to the message input to get started.

Supported File Types

• Images — JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, HEIC
• Video — MP4, MOV, WEBM (5 minutes max)
• Documents — PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, CSV

Size and Storage Limits

• Images and documents: 25 MB per file
• Video: 200 MB per file
• Each team has 5 GB of attachment storage per season

Team Staff can view current storage usage on the Edit Team page. If your team hits the limit, delete older or larger files to free up space.

Deleting Attachments

All users can delete their own attachments. Team Staff can delete anyone's.

Retention

Attachments are kept for 1 year after the season ends and then automatically removed. Download anything you'd like to keep before then.

Access

If a user is removed from a team, they lose access to all chat messages and attachments.
